Like we’ve done last year, the Law Office of Anthony Carbone wants to make sure you play it safe this time of year. Although this weekend may be a washout, you may be thinking of heading down to the shore sometime this summer. And who doesn’t love the beach? Many of us don’t think of beach safety when we go out on the sand, but it’s best to know that there are laws in New Jersey that make sure you’re protected in case someone is negligent while on the beach, such as a lifeguard not paying attention to those in the water.
